]]>When you are getting a camera the best thing you can do is price yourself accordingly. You should do this before you starting shopping online and in camera shops. Buying a digital camera is just like getting any other large item like a car. There more than few dozen brands of camera, and you must be careful not to get confused. Before you go buying a large high-end SLR camera, think about the smaller, yet more powerful camera. High-end cameras offer the best zoom, the most added features and more megapixels. Just because you have more megapixels doesn’t mean you will have a great photo quality. Being new in cameras it wouldn’t be the best idea to spend a huge amount of money on a high on camera. It would be a better option to look for cheaper, smaller, yet capable, small digital cameras that are quite a bit easier to hold and travel with. It is better learn the basics with electronic cameras and make sure you enjoy photography before spending extra money. by Dan Feildman

]]>Here, you will read four reasons that might hold you back from achieving what you want:
You’re not exercising enough
Different people have different body and because of that, some people need more and some need less. But the rule of thumb is: do exercise 15 to 20 minutes every day and if you do it less than that, that’s probably why you are still not losing any weight.
You’re not getting enough sleep
Evidence from multiple researches showed that if you are not getting enough sleep, you are more likely to experience major weight gain. These findings, presented at the 2006 American Thoracic Society International Conference, showed that women who slept 5 hours per night were 32% more likely to experience major weight gain (an increase of 33 pounds or more) and 15% more likely to become obese over the course of the 16-year study, compared to those who slept 7 hours a night.
You’re too stressed out
If you are too stressed out, you tend to eat more… and it will affect your weight badly. Don’t be too tension. One of the ways to overcome stress or tension is to do physical activities. I recommend jogging because you will release a hormone that will help regulate your stress level.
You’re eating too much
You probably will say this is a ‘normal’ reason for getting more weight. Well, it is… but most people tend to ignore it! You should start monitoring foods you eat, how much calories they give you to make sure you will know which one that cause you to gain more pound.
That’s four reasons why most people are gaining weight. However, you can change it if you are determined to change. Stop finding excuses and start doing something that will change your life, forever.

Hi to everyone. I just signed up and am looking forward to good conversation and info.
I’m fairly new at this game - been online for just over a year and find it quite difficult at times. Hopefully there will be people here to help me along! As a retired trucker, I thought this would be a easy game and way to make some extra money to prop up my meager pension. Boy, was I wrong. Luckily, I guess, I’m stubborn and don’t give up easy.
I have a blog: wwww.dietandweightlossblog.com and an affiliate marketing site:

I guess that’s about it for now. Talk to you all soon.

]]>Canadian auto dealers are promoting
But here’s a good rule of thumb for anyone in the market for a new car or truck: If you can’t afford to pay off your
You’ll almost certainly regret stretching your payments out to six or seven years. That kind of financing can easily launch you into a never-ending cycle of auto payments.
As Jack Nerad, executive editorial director and market analyst for Kelley Blue Book, puts it: “Be willing to get what you can afford or you’ll always be in debt.”
Here are the six reasons to avoid extra-long auto loans:
Reason 1. You’ll pay thousands more in interest.
Longer loans have higher interest rates and you’ll be paying that higher rate over a longer period.
For example, a Cadillac CTS at $34,000 in a 60-month loan at 7% interest will cost you $673 a month. Over the life of the loan, you’ll pay about $6,400 in interest.
The same car will cost you $560 a month if you get an 84-month loan at 9.7% interest. (Longer loans always charge higher interest rates.)
But by the time the car is paid off, you’ll have spent $13,000, or more than twice as much, in interest.
The interest you pay on an auto loan is not tax deductible, so there’s no benefit to you.
Reason 2. You’ll probably want a new car before the current one is paid off.
Dealers typically use long-term loans to squeeze buyers into luxury cars, big pickups and full-size sport-utility vehicles that cost $30,000 or more.
While those are very nice rides, the experts at Kelley Blue Book say most drivers still want to get a new car every three to five years, or about the time vehicles begin to need more extensive, not to mention expensive, maintenance.
With an extra-long loan, however, you’re still years away from getting the pink slip.
Reason 3. You’ll be upside-down on your loan most of the time you’re paying it off.
Though you’re reducing your debt slowly, your new car or truck will depreciate quickly — losing 20% to 30% of its value in the first year alone.
With a 60-month loan, it’s not uncommon to owe more than your car is worth for the first couple of years. With an 84-month loan, you’ll be in that unenviable position until your sixth or seventh year of payments.
Let’s say you take out an 84-month loan on a Toyota Highlander. At $28,225 and a 9.7% interest rate, you’ll still owe roughly $18,400 after three years. Try to trade it in and the dealer will give you $15,000, if it’s in good condition.
Or what about the Cadillac CTS? If you kept it for five years, you’ll still owe $12,155 but can only expect to get about $10,500 when you trade it in.
Reason 4. You could still be paying for your car after you get rid of it.
You’ll have to roll the difference between what you owe and what your car is worth into the loan on your next car.
Using our two examples, you’ll have to carry over $3,400 in debt on the Highlander and $1,655 on the CTS.
Car payments would become a never-ending drain on your budget, and the extra debt would make it that much harder to afford the payments on your next car. You could easily be forced to trade down to a less-costly model.
Imagine how you’d feel driving around in a RAV4 or Chevrolet Malibu while making payments worthy of a Highlander or CTS.
Reason 5. The other options aren’t all that great, either.
Of course, you can get more for your car or truck if you try to sell it yourself. You may even be able to command a high enough price to cover your note. But if you can’t, you’ll have to make up the difference out of your pocket before your lender will release the title.
Either way, you won’t reap the financial rewards of buying a new car — paying it off and going a year or two without payments, or selling it and having money for a down payment on your next vehicle.
To obtain any of those benefits, you’ll have to stick out even a
Reason 6. If the payments don’t kill you, the operating costs will.
Many buyers tempted to use long-term loans are so fixated on the payments that they don’t take into account how much their expensive cars and trucks will cost to run.
Filling up a big pickup or SUV typically costs $70 to $90.
And finally, the economy is slowing down, making this a bad time to be taking on more debt — especially more debt than you can really afford. Look at the big picture. Layoffs, pay cuts and other financial problems could be on the way. One critical step in preparing for a recession is to be conservative in your spending.

]]>Build your very own solar powered car!
With so few alternative fuel vehicles out there, and the long waiting lists to get them, any opportunity to get your hands on a green machine can’t be overlooked.
There are a number of ways to do-it-yourself: biodiesel, hydrogen, ethanol. But here’s a new one-a solar powered car.
The solar car is the passion of Art Haines, who decided to take matters into his own hands when the car companies were dragging their feet.
With the help of his students, Haines has developed a kit that allows anyone to drive for free in a zero pollution car, at a cost of just about 0.01/mile.
Yep, that’s 1 cent a mile. The car is called the Solar Neighborhood Electric Vehicle prototype.
The cars are built from a somwhat odd collection of materials, including styrofoam and ABS plastic.
They are very lightweight, so as to conserve power, but still meet all the basic standards for a road-worthy car.
The vehicles are street legal and have all the things you expect when you purchase a car windshield wipers, seat belts, turn signals, headlights and tail lights.
They even use disc brakes. The cars have a top speed of 25mph, which means that, in most states, they can be driven on any road with a speed limit of less than 35mph.
But you do need to check your local laws. The Neighborhood Electric Vehicle has a 12 mile range, which gives you a six-mile radius for a round-trip.
For most of us, that’s more than enough to get to the grocery store or a local appointment in town.
People living in gated communities and all-inclusive complexes would also find them perfect for their needs.
You recharge the car either through the solar panels or by plugging it in.
This provides the reassurance of a backup plan for those cloudy days.
Haines touts the SUNN, as he has dubbed it, as better than any other solar kit vehicle for several reasons: its large diameter wheels reduce resistance, conserving energy; it has the highest efficiency use of solar energy; light weight and a highly efficient transmission assist in the conservation; and-you have your choice of color and configuration!
You can build your own solar powered car from the kit without having to invest in any special tools.
Only hand tools needed, as the welds are all done before the kit is packaged.
A step-by-step manual with drawings and instructions guide you through the process.
And if you get stuck, there’s email and telephone support close at hand.
Manufacturers Certificates of Origin are supplied for all major items so that your car can be registered as a Specially Constructed Vehicle in your state once it is complete.
To reserve a kit, visit www.sunnev.com.
The cost is about $4,000, and does not include solar panels or batteries, which can be bought for your local climate.
Also, buying the batteries local saves a lot on shipping, as the batteries are the heaviest part of the car.
Check them out and drive green!

]]>Hi Guys,
I got involved online about a year back but could never make more than a few dollars upto maybe $100 max if I got lucky. I had read about building hundreds of adsense sites and making a dollar of each of them - and slowly build more and more sites = more income. Well I ended up buying more than 300 domains and never got time to build all 300 sites. What then started to happen was the domains slowly started to reach their expiry date and I started to sell them.
After selling a few I noticed I was making 500%-300% profit on the domain sales. Then earlier this year I thought I could try buying good domains, hosting good sites on them and then flipping the full package… well guess what happened - my first month I made over $3000. I then developed a system to be able to create professional, fully customizable, feature rich, niche websites built on the Joomla cms - really fast and sell them for $500-$1000 each - without any traffic.
If you would like to try your hands on website flipping, get full support from me and start with as little as $30 then visit my website today, before I remove the special.
I am currently selling site for $97 (which is a steal - considering you can take them and flip them for over $500 each) - BUT as a special I would like to offer you a Discount of over 70% by using coupon code: digitalpoint

]]>Childhood obesity has become an epidemic in the United States. Today over nine million children over the age of six are considered obese. Childhood obesity is caused by many different factors including environmental, social and genetic. This article will discuss each of these causes and what you can do as a parent to prevent obesity in your children.
The environment in which your child lives could contribute to childhood obesity. Today many streets, towns and suburbs are designed to discourage walking and other physical activities. Only about 1 child out of every 5 in the US will participate in some form of extra-curricular physical activity outside of school.
The slowing down of the US economy and the rise in gas prices is forcing families to cut expenses. One expense that more and more families are cutting back on is their grocery bill. They are purchasing more convenience foods that are high in fat and have very little nutritional value. These foods are usually easy to prepare or require no preparation at all. The economic slowdown is also effecting the cost of produce. This is also effecting American families as they are not able to afford these nutritious foods anymore. Instead they are turning to canned and processed foods.
Some school districts in the United States are facing severe budget cuts. These districts are forced to cut back their physical education programs and after school sports. This is resulting in fewer opportunities for children to participate in physical activities.
Leisure time that was once spent outdoors playing today is replaced with video games, DVDs, and over 100 channels on the television. With a culture that embraces Hannah Montana, and Sesame Street our children are encouraged to watch their favorite television show instead of meeting friends at a local park for a ball game after school.
As a parent and US consumer what can you do to reverse this trend? You can begin by taking a close look at your family’s budget. Being able to afford the healthy and nutritious fruits and vegetables for your children should be a priority. Ask yourself these questions. What expenses can you cut? Do you really need those extra 100 channels on your television? Or would it be more beneficial to your family’s health if you went back to “rabbit ears?” Do you need two vehicles? Could you trade one in for a hybrid or a vehicle with a lower monthly payment? Sit down with your spouse and go over all of your expenses. Whatever you are able to cut should be added to your grocery bill. Including fresh fruits and vegetables in your children’s diet is very important in the prevention of childhood obesity.
Encourage physical activity at home and throughout your neighborhood. Let other families in your neighborhood know that for example, on Fridays after school the kids are going to play baseball at the park. Make sure every kid in the neighborhood is invited. Set some rules in your own home. Tell your children that if they don’t spend at least an hour outside riding their bike, or playing a sport or some other physical activity they can not watch their favorite television show or play their favorite video game.
If your school district is facing budget cuts and the possibility of cutting back on after school sports or their physical education program go to the next school board meeting. Speak up at the meeting and tell them that you oppose the idea of such cut backs. Get signatures from other parents who feel the same way. If you speak up the school board might find a way to keep those programs and cut something else instead.
Always show a good example. Make sure you are eating the right foods and exercising regularly. A child that is used to seeing his or her parent sit on the couch all day is going to do the same thing. If you eat convenience foods and McDonald’s all the time your child is going to think that is okay as well. Clean out your pantry and get throw out all your junk food. If you are not exercising on a regular basis join your local YMCA or health and fitness club. Ending this epidemic needs to start in every household in America.
